Asphalt Transport Semi-Trailer (RBYB2/RBYG3 )

RBYB2RBYG3 series oil heating asphalt transport semi-trailer suitable for transporting asphalt, emulsified asphalt, modified asphalt, PMB solution and heavy fuel. The design standard is GB 18564-2001 and is in accordance with TIR Convention of International Road Transport. The working pressure is 0.09Mpa and the working temperature is 250 degrees Celsius.

The tank body of the trailer adopts high quality heat-insulation shell and diesel burner flue heating pipe that can use burners or other heaters to heat the asphalt. It is equipped with asphalt return tube, anti-puffing pressure vent valve, anti-aging overhead nitrogen valve, thermometer, volumeter and output asphalt rapid discharge valve and coupling. The trailer body adopts reinforced type mudsill and is suitable for transportation on rugged road. With three BPW axles, 11.00R20 tyre, WABCO ABS brake. The trailer is an ideal and safety choice for medium distance road transport of asphalt.
